410: The Leadership Evolution of a Practice Owner With Jodie Sheraton

In this “where are they now” episode, I get to catch up with someone who’s become such a force in her industry, Jodie Sheraton, an accredited practicing dietitian and the founder of not just one, but three successful businesses in Australia.

I first met Jodie years ago when she joined the Leadership Lab where she attended our calls at 3 am, ready and determined to uplevel her leadership and build a truly strong team. Back then, she had about a dozen team members and was still the bottleneck for every decision. Fast-forward to now, and she leads a team of over 30, including seven team leaders, and has fully stepped away from client work to focus on strategy, impact, and nurturing other dietitians.

We talk about handing over responsibility, the power of bulk hiring, and how she’s now coaching others to accelerate through the hurdles she once faced herself.

If you’re a business owner ready to stop carrying everything on your own and start leading with clarity and confidence, Jodie's transformation will light the way.
