In your six month 1:1 program, we will entirely focus on you. You’ll get my proven signature tools, frameworks, templates, scripts, work plans, job postings, and agendas so that you can hold people accountable to your standards and ensure that they meet or exceed expectations. You’ll also get out of the daily operations as we introduce a few key leadership roles that will steer your team towards excellence and a gratifying future.
As a 1:1 client, you have options: bring a team member to your calls, allocate calls to team members, or attend your calls with me solo. You’ll also be invited to all in-person client gatherings.

As a member of the 1:1 Coaching Program, you can enroll up to 2 team members who lead people, processes or profit centers. You can add more team members at $300 USD per month. This is an excellent option for reinforcing your learning culture and retention goals. Team members who join typically have roles such as: Director of Operations, Director of Therapy, Clinic Director, Senior Project Leader, Lead Trainer, Lead Practitioner, Program Director, Administrative Lead, Legal Team Leader, Content Team Leader, etc.

Shelli has led teams of up to 60 including cross-functional teams, so she has a big heart for women who lead large teams. Women with multiple locations, remote team members, and those who have secondary complimentary businesses feel cared for and understood.

Each month, your payment will be automatically processed. You will be contacted 30 days before the end of your program to inquire about your interest in renewing or exiting the program.
A standard contract will be provided to you that outlines all the particulars and agreements of our program.

Collecting and containing the tools and resources alone won’t lead to any significant shift in performance and outcomes. The best results occur when people apply what they’ve learned directly to their business with a planned rollout and clear communication to their team.
