Terms and Conditions
All Sales Final
All sales are final. Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason, including cancellation by the attendee, scheduling conflicts, illness, or personal emergencies. Due to limited capacity and pre-committed venue and catering costs, no exceptions will be made.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
In the unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, registered attendees will be notified as soon as possible. In the event of a cancellation by the organizer, attendees will receive a full refund of the registration fee. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including travel, transportation, or accommodation booked independently.
What Is Included
Your registration includes the following for the duration of the retreat:
Retreat begins on Wednesday, May 13 at 4:00 PM EDT and ends early afternoon on Friday, May 15
One private bedroom with a private washroom at the Maple and Rose Property
All meals provided on-site
Training materials and workbook
The following are not included and are the sole responsibility of the attendee:
Airfare or ground transportation to and from the Maple and Rose Property
Any personal expenses incurred during the retreat
Attendance and Accommodation Requirements
Your registration is for one individual only. All registered attendees are required to stay at the Maple and Rose Property for the full duration of the retreat. This is a shared retreat environment and attendees will be residing on the property alongside other registered participants.
Pricing and Taxes
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). The registration fee is $300.00 CAD plus a 13% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Intellectual Property
All training materials, workbooks, and content provided during the retreat are for your personal use only. Materials may not be shared, reproduced, distributed, photographed, or recorded without prior written permission from the organizer.
Photography and Recording
The organizer may photograph or record portions of the retreat for educational or promotional purposes. By registering, you consent to being photographed or recorded in a group setting. If you have concerns, please contact us prior to the event. Attendees may not record sessions, speakers, or other participants without explicit written permission from the organizer.
Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to treat fellow participants, staff, and the property with respect. The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee who engages in disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior. No refund will be issued in the event of removal for conduct reasons.
Assumption of Risk and Liability
Participation in the retreat is voluntary and at your own risk. The organizer is not liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property that occurs during the retreat. Attendees are responsible for their own health, safety, and personal belongings throughout the event.
Force Majeure
The organizer is not liable for failure to deliver the retreat due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, venue emergencies, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, the organizer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule and will communicate options to registered attendees.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Any disputes arising from your registration or participation in the retreat will be handled in accordance with the laws of that province.
