Members who experience the most success in our programs are open to new perspectives and coaching. Collecting and containing the tools and resources alone won’t lead to any significant shift in performance and outcomes. The best results occur when members apply what they’ve learned directly to their business with a planned rollout and clear communication to their team.

Members who have a team of 5 or more, and own a firm, agency, studio, clinic, spa, private practice, center, academy, or a collective brick & mortar or online service-based business join the Leadership Lab. Every member owns an established business. The Leadership Lab is not a fit if you own a multi-level marketing business, a franchise, lead a not-for-profit, your business is a side hustle while you work elsewhere, or you are not the owner of the business.
Shelli offers 1:1 coaching for those who are not a fit for the Leadership Lab.

As an introvert, Shelli has the desire to create intimate experiences where deep relationships can bloom, the exact opposite of the noise, distractions and invisibility big group programs have.

Shelli has led teams of up to 60 including cross-functional teams, so she has a big heart for women who lead large teams. Women with multiple locations, remote team members, and those who have secondary complimentary businesses feel cared for and understood in the Leadership Lab.

Shelli is your coach and attends every call. Periodically, she also invites a guest expert to share their expertise and co-facilitates those calls ensuring members get their specific questions answered.

All calls are recorded, locked into your calendar, and set on a drumbeat so you will always know when we meet via Zoom. Dates shift only when a US or CAD holiday interrupts the drumbeat. Call times consider PT, MT, CT and ET time zones. You will also receive a printable calendar that reflects the length of your program so that your Executive Assistant can update your digital calendar tool.

Members of Leadership Lab are invited to attend an in-person, two-day retreat in a quaint village in Canada. You'll be responsible for the cost of your travel and accommodations, while we take care of the food, beverages, retreat materials, and creating an environment where you can focus completely on your business.
It's dedicated time to step away from your day-to-day so you can think clearly, solve bigger problems, make confident decisions, and create a plan for what's next.

Each month, your payment will be automatically processed. You will be contacted 30 days before the end of your program to inquire about your interest in renewing or exiting the program.
A standard coaching contract will be provided to you that outlines all the particulars and agreements of our program.

No, the Leadership Lab program is designed to support the key decision-maker and the person who is the face of the brand.

As a member of the Leadership Lab, you can enroll up to 2 team members who lead people, processes or profit centers. You can add more team members at $300 USD per month. This is an excellent option for reinforcing your learning culture and retention goals. Team members who join typically have roles such as: Director of Operations, Director of Therapy, Clinic Director, Senior Project Leader, Lead Trainer, Lead Practitioner, Program Director, Administrative Lead, Legal Team Leader, Content Team Leader, etc.

You may leave the program after your six month commitment has been met.
